ABOUT THE DIRECTOR    

Connie J. Schlosberg is the owner and director of Integrity Creative Business Solutions.  She has over 20 years of experience in the office management field with a strong emphasis in both the entertainment and public industries. 

Her knowledge extends the gamut:

• Writing, Editing, Proofreading

• Event Planning, Public Relations, Marketing

• Bookkeeping and Budgeting

• Purchasing, Contract Management, Project Management

• Organizing and Other Various Administrative Tasks

 Connie's accomplishments in the past are (but are not limited to):

Writing and Editing

• Wrote articles and poetry for publication, including "Lock and Key" published in A Far Off Place and "Roses Will Bloom" in Stories of Strength

• Developed and collaborated on newspaper advertisements, direct mailings, brochures, flyers, press releases, public service announcements, office service displays and informational packets

• Edited and proofread contracts and statements of work for the Colorado Springs Dance Theatre as well as the Department of Defense

• Conceptualized, designed and wrote content for a few Web sites both for non-profit and public organizations

Marketing and Promotion

• Promotional model for the Pocono Raceway

• Executive Committee member for local Women's History Month events

• Organized an Oscar gala party hosted by actor William DeVane

• Planned wine festival fundraising events to support a non-profit dance organization

• Promoted and marketed numerous dance performances - most notably The Saint Petersburg Ballet, master classes, seminars and community outreach programs in the Colorado Springs area

Office and Financial Management

• Directed the acquisition, installation and maintenance of a 40+ workstation systems procured at $50K
• Developed office procedures and policies for a new division within the United States Air Force
• Helped initiate funding on over $1 billion worth of United States Department of Defense contracts
• Managed up to a $200K budget for travel and resources
• Demonstrated knowledge of an accountability for payroll and employee records, daily sales operations, and profit and loss statements, including inventories, labor, petty cash and bank deposits
